Can the drivers FOV be changed?

Hi all!
I got hold of the demo yesterday and had a blast in the GTR untill the wee hours ....think it will be a great game when released....yes I'm abit disappointed in the handling of the cars[just like dirt grid seems to be lacking weight transfer] but the graphics and sound etc. are so immersive [read FUN!!] who cares....
I'm hoping the FOV can be altered like DIRT was....I would like to be up closer to the windshield in the GTR....last night I tried editing the camera xml for the gtr but to no avail....if someone has figured out how to would you please post your results?

The in-car view is a little too far back for my liking.....may as well make a great game...superb !
