Crash after few seconds

Demo crashes to Windows after few seconds in race. Screen turns into 8-bit color and 800x600 resolution.

My specs:

AMD X2 3800+
1GB Ram
GF 7900GS

Im having the same issue, though it only seems to effect the muscle car race !?

Im running a 7600GS pci-e 512mb with latest supported drivers v6.14 whql not beta

any help would really be appreciated :) cheers

ok upgraded drivers to 175.16 beta and got 1.2 laps in of the muscle cars, thought i was in luck when the demo crashed again :( it cant be an overheat issue because the other 2 disciplines run perfect..any idea codies?

UPDATE: :)
Ok i uninstalled everything GRID from my PC, then restarted, then reinstalled the demo and it seems the problem is gone.

Ive now done 2 races in all 3 disciplines without any issue! Awesome game Codies! :D

Hello.

I have the same issue.

Only at the muscle car mode the game crashes after a few seconds and the desktop come to the screen, but then i get no picture from my graphic card any more, but windows runs further....

My System:

Intel Q9450
4.096 MB DDR2-RAM
Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS 512
Windows XP Prof. SP2

I reinstalled the demo, but the same issue is there...
