If you are running any virtual drives, like Daemon tools for example, please turn this off. And, turn off any anti virus during install.

I had a SecuROM problem too, when I launched the game it said :
A required security module cannot be activated.
This program cannot be executed (5024).
Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=module&c=5024 for further, more detailed information.
So I made an AnalysisLog which I send to SecuROM, and they answered me today that it was caused by ProcessExplorer which was running.

Closing it allowed me to launch the game :)
