Did you keep installing new drivers one by one ?
Because the old ones are never deleted, they stay there as a backup and caus problems :(

I'm Running X64 Vista with latest drivers....everything works fine and no error at all (only some at the first launch)

What I would have done was :

1) Un install the game and clean up the temp folder (Press Windows + R Key together and that will open Run....then put %temp% in it....select all files and deleted them...it will ask to skip some files so please skip them (make sure you don't have any important data in the folder)

After that I would have gone in the Regedit and cleaned up the Registry (But thats too advanced and we're not sure also if thats the caus)

Then would have restarted my pc, reinstalled the game and would have keep trying again and again lol!

i use DriverCleaner.NET and Driver Sweeper... and all driver update... i have try to remove temp 3 time and try to reinstall game but nothing same issue...

OMFG i have found the problem... is CREATIVE AUDIO CARD i have Creative X-FI Xtreme pci-e and i have try to disable e not more problem F****** creative -.-

I assume that you have a Motherboard which has Realtek audio driver..

go here and download the Vista version :
http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Install and restart your pc, then you will see a small icon on the Taskbar ... double click on it and configure your speaker system....

then try again :)
