View Full Version : New suggestion about internal view

I've seen some previous post/suggestions for CMR3, but it seams that internal view wasn't raise. My suggestion is simple, internal view in Colin3 should be unless as good as in Rally Trophy. Internal view in CMR1&2 just sucks!!!!
First we have strange "milk screen" (unofficial patches resolves this problem :) and for second the car is SHAKING too much! It behaviors like standard road car, not WRC which is about 150% much stiffer, and it's quitte hard to play using that view. Example, you drive at flat out and turn on harpin corner and... car jucst act like made of rubber, shaking, twisting EVEN on tarmac!?
This is just stupid (I had to say that, sorry :)
Like I said, Rally Trophy has the best internal viw since Rally Championship'99 (camera attached to rollcage just rulez!).
I hope that someone from Codemasters will read this and consider my advice.
PS.Sorry for my rough english :D

Exactly because WRC suspensions are much stiffer, the driver's (and codriver's) head moves around much more than in a road car. Thats why the camera moves. In my opinion, the camera in CMR shakes much less than it should. Actually I hardly ever notice that it shakes.

My biggest complaint about the cockpit view is that the steering wheels/shifting animation is distracting. I would prefer to see the dash, the A-pillar and part of the roof-that's it.

Steering wheel animations always lag, and if you have a steering wheel it's very distracting. I would imagine it doesn't do much for the framerate either.

I agree, the suspension is to soft. The car swings like a Citroen 2CV. :)
