Swift Travel to Camp Sites - Where are they?

I have been trying to use swift travel to camp sites which apparently you must bind to previously.

Great another useful swift travel for the hunter I thought - but I can't find any campsites to bind to.

Some advise on this would be much appreciated. :)

Also one of my friends reckons that hunters can summon fellowship to campsites in order to group out flung members.

Is this true?

What range (members distance from hunter) does hunter's swift travel go out to?

Camp sites can be found at most instances. Think of The Rift, Great Barrows, Carn Dum etc. There are some at other places (near Dol Dinen for example).

Only Captains can summon fellowship members. Hunters can take a group to a certain location when they are close by (about 3m I think).

having camp sites like CD is fantastic.

basically cmap site is like are normal taxi service but variable, shame we can't list more than one.
