First of all I would like to mention that this is by no means a recommended setup. I was simply curious
if I can get my critical chance this high and I would like to share the experience with you.

Here is a picture showing the 32% critical chance:

nice amount of crit chance, myself get at highest (exactly) 25% crit chance with captain buffs added (in defence of middle earth and relentless attack).

its a nice build up but i see that the shadow mitigation is low, wich is really needed in the moors against wargs and ba, also the fate and will are low so expect to run out of power soon, but the parry defence you make with eldar's grace is virtually impenetrable, 15%+75%=90% still watch you're back as that isn't protected then.
the out of-combat-regen is also on the low side. fate, will and vitality are next to agil the needed stats for a hunter to be high.

although it looks good, a build like that is pretty much useless since the hunter nerf. out of interest how is your moral so high with such low vitality??

Buffs:
Superior Deilicous Steak: 41 agility.
Relentless Attack: 3% ranged critical chance.

ah this is buffed hence the morale. can you do it again no buffs then we can see the proper build

this setup if u were gonna take out a solo mob might be useful other then that the squishy factor + lack of power and power regen makes it pretty usless.

however to see how high u can get the ranged crit chance nice :)

neither of those affect morale total in any way.

my guess is traits and +morale items.

The morale i have with that setup comes only from gear and traits and it is quite low compared to my everyday setup (wich is 3300-3400 morale, 2000ish power, about 450 agi and 24%ish ranged critical chance).
The buffs i used were only for critical chance purpose :) .

Nice! Nice setup for PvMP!

no point in being a 'burts' big hitter if you your self will go down ain 2/3 hits.

PvP or PvMp always a delicate balance for ranged nukers on DPS v Survivability
