Many fans of CMR2 continue to be upset by the lack of an official Hall of Fame on the Codemasters website. We can accept that some time ago, a major problem caused the Halls to crash, but is it really all that difficult to fix?
I think we would all quite happily agree to start from the beginning with a new Hall of Fame and slowly build all the times up again. Most people will have all their best times stored on memory cards so could easily re-submit them.
If the sheer amount of work is too much for the Hall to be put back on-line before CMR3 comes out, would Codemasters not consider allowing a private fan site the capability to verify the time codes?
Thoughts on this matter would be much appreciated, from both players and moderators.
