It is called Ithilchol, and I believe is the best all the way up until critted craft cloaks. No later quest reward cloak - not a single one - beats that. I wore it for months before getting myself a blue crit cloak.

I beg to differ, Angmarim Stalker is actually a very good cloak with very nice stat gains across the board.

nice cloak...

dependeds on gear and set up i guess, +30 agility and +1 evade very nice (more burgler), sort allows you to wear something else where with out agility.

i think it is good we all have options to wear different stuff and look different yet still have around the same stats

IF i didnt have my rift chest piece i would consider poping out my cloak for that and get rid of everstout in favor or a ex-gala chest but like i said got my rift piece now :)

looking forward to book12 to wear any cloak i obtained as a skin :)
also nice for hunters who equip robes for better stats but hate its unfitting look for a hunter.
( no , i don't equip robes , but i may with book 12 if it brings additional benefits ot my stats.)
About cloaks , angmarim stalker , rift hammermar cloak and tier 5 crafted cloakare my main choices for now .But i keep another cloak in my vault which i cant recall its name now , with some decent might and agility bonus.Book 12 may force us to upgrade our might stat so i keep it.Will check its stats and write here when i log.

its a nice cloack aye, but the problem i see with hunters focussing on Agil is that they lack the morale/power. Myself using an exquisite radiant cloack till i find a better one. 30 more agil isn't really needed for me as i have 454 agil without it already.

Yeap I agree I always turn down on items with a bit agi for items that make my build more balanced.. I play with ~380 agility and think that is fine.
Just amazed me to see a cloak with 30 agi hehe.. can be good to have atleast
