Apparently the "best" stats would be with 3 Doom-hunter pieces, 2 Auroch set pieces and Fine Galadhrim leggings as stated here. (http://forums.lotro.com/showpost.php?p=1259730&postcount=1) Interesting:

Personally, I'll propably go for the whole Doom-hunter set just for the sake of it. I pretty much skipped the Auroch set hunt, and if I ever feel bored maybe I'll switch on some galadhrim pieces for a small boost. Also the raid set looks pretty good, and I have few other things to aim for anymore. :)

I would say that the listed dream-set has a bit too much in Vitality, all too much in Might and not nearly enough in Fate. Not as bad as the Annuminas barter set which looks incredibly bad - poor stats all across the board except in Agility (too much Might and not enough others). Yes, the lack of Fate can be covered with jewelry, but I'd rather have a well-rounded armour set AND a well-rounded jewelry set.

By my preferences, looks like Rift > Aurochs > Exquisite Galadhrim > Annuminas. As an aside, of the purple normal craft sets I preferred lvl 42 superb rangers' over lvl 47 superb galadhrim set (yes the single-use recipe ones). I did the math and discovered rangers' gave me better stats at the cost of some armor. The best was a mix of the two though.
