REALLY!? Its a good album, but I found it got a bit boring after a while. I'd probably say that Viva Hate or Your Arsenal are his best solo albums!

Yeah very good, proberly one of the most influential bands in the 70's. Its the drums, Bass and hypnotic singing just draws you in.

And as for Joy Division being better than The Smiths, I dont think they are that comparable. Both of them are amazing bands, and coincidentally I am just about to watch Control, but they are both very different.

You want to get Origin Of Symmetry and Absolution. Cracking albums. OOS will take a while to grow on you. But you'll fall in love with Absolution straight away I guarentee.
