Hey hey!

Im level 32 now, and i'm kinda catching up some deeds i have not finished or never had, at this moment im busy with the Shire, and probably gonna do lone-land deeds afterwards -

Are you people also catching up deeds or are u planning to do that when you are 50, or are you actually doing all deeds when your in that area?

Gz!

I am going to finish all deeds in 50lvl or around this level :)

Now I only try to finish deeds to upgrade some traits I use atm

I went through a day or so of doing deeds to get my favoured traits up. I remember orc hunting in Breeland at 30-something, aggro'ing about 8 orcs at once. Was pretty fun for a hunter :)

Now they've taken the backseat, as I am now involved in standing around Fornost spamming /l with messages wishing for a group :/

When do us hunters get return to Rivendell? And can we use it even if we have never been there. <-- Goea against the whole Return idea.

Level 46 and yes you can.
But as an elf, their is also a racal dead to Rivendell too. (for you only not your fellowship)

I am actually doing ALL deeds, just because.. i dunno, i find it pretty fun actually, actually get to explore everything of The shire for example.. takes a 2-3 days to fullfill all deeds though (15+ Deeds)

I think you are confused with "Guide to Rivendell". Return to Rivendell is an active skill that needs a tarit to be slotted. The "Return to Rivendell" is the skill only for the hunter, as you said. The "Guide to Rivendell" lets the hunter take the entire party to Rivendell.

The last works in combat and in non-combat, but bear in mind that in combat only those fellowship members can travel with the hunter that are not actively in combat. It's not a good escape from a fight you're about to loose to save your fellowship.

I'm doing all the quests/deeds as I find them... currently kicking around the Shire doing 'grey' quests and loving it.

Only level 18 and over 3 days played so far.

Ditto...all deeds on all chars in all zones as I go along.

The problem with slaying deeds as you reach the higher level areas (Trollshaws, MMs and Angmar), is that they require an obscene amount of kills, and some are elites (Trolls, giants, even Gaunt men in Lone Lands).

Accomplishing them in the starting zones, even Lone Lands and North Downs is doable, but how many crawlers do you think you can kill before you get bored to death? (320 for the trait iirc)

Add to that the possibility that your friends won't do that and will most likely move on with their quests and out level you a lot, and it's just not worth it.

My advice is to try and balance your slaying deeds and questing. Some will be accomplished while questing, and you won't know that beforehand, and some others will be while hunting for pages. The rest can be taken care of later. This is a very new game after all.
