This is a warning for every player that does NOT play a Guardian and/or has never reached higher than lvl 40 with that character.
I am here to show reality to you that you have some guts and are incredibly arrogant and selfish to come to a forum that is not meant for you and you think you actually have some kind of sick perverted right that you made up yourself to flame us, Guardians, while we are the brains of every fellowship where Minstrels are the heart of it and any other class is simply damage per second.
Simple rules if you want to behave in your fellowship as a NON-Guardian:
1. You let the Guardian pull the monsters with NO exceptions unless the Guardian explicitly says or "orders" you to do otherwise.
2. As a NON-Guardian, you never ever (try and) attack or aggro a monster for yourself unless explicitly being said so by the Guardian that off-tanking or nuking is in order.
For example: Full fellowship in an instance ready to attack 2 elite monsters and 2 normal monsters. Guardian has told no one to kill the 2 normal monsters first but still an arrogant Hunter thinks he can solo one of the normal monsters. Usually such things go pretty smoothly but this time it doesn't and the Hunter gets killed by that normal monster. The Hunter tries to blame the Guardian for not keeping aggro while the Hunter idiotically and intentionally tried to single out a target.
3. You ALWAYS stay behind the Guardian, no matter what situation. The Guardian has to be in front of everyone, so he will be the one that aggro's any monster on patrol or otherwise closing in with the fellowship. A good Guardian will always try and tank the monster with it's back to the fellowship so some particular classes can benefit from attacking at the rear, like Burglars for example.
4. Remember that Guardians too can Miss their attacks or also have them Parried, Blocked or Resisted. This means that nuking every second on every monster makes the job to tank harder and harder. Wait a mere 2 seconds after you have seen the Guardian make his first attack. Not every attack has a 100% hit and every critical hit causes double threat. Do not hold yourself any illusions that we, Guardians, are in a fellowship solely to protect any of you with one exception being the Minstrel who has a clear right on having full protection from everyone in his fellowship.
5. Guardians are natural leaders in every fellowship and we take responsibilty for the role we chose. Strategies and tactics are always discussed fully in the fellowship. Choices to be made about how to tank however are logically always made by us, Guardians. Every suggestion that other classes have as to what monster(s) to tank first are only suggestions, simple opinions almost never constructed with good arguments because other classes are mostly ignorant to our skills, abilities and the balance of our traits we need to carefully choose.
6. The best Guardians know that they simply cannot tank more than 5 monsters and tanking more would be extremely reckless and risky. That is why the best Guardians are never quiet, never silent and always lively. The best Guardians know that communication is the best defense they have in a fellowship. They know by experience that every other player always wants something (completed) and that most people are willing to sacrifice logical thinking for rushing heedlessly of any lurking monster to their goal. Thus sacrificing the rest of their fellowship for their own selfish needs. Good Guardians are always prepared for the worst that his fellows can do to the group by communicating in the chat and stating clearly what the consequences will be for certain people if they recklessly and selfishly (and sometimes being very afraid of missing out on something) lose control of their needs and wants.
So far these are 6 simple rules that i state and i believe apply for almost every Guardian who is being very annoyed by other classes who simply do not know how other people play and are arrogant enough not to imagine how selfish and idiotic they sound when they state their ill logics where they simply do not belong.
Kind regards,

PS: i expect responses and comments, i also expect constructive arguments from people that think before stating as i do.
