Hi
I was trying to find those Putrid Fingernails now for over a week and still havent found one of them. Does anyone know where those do drop?
We checked Imlad we checked nan gurth and we checked some parts of carn dum without success.
Is the drop bugged or am i just toooo stupid to find em (im not the only one who doesnt know where they drop)
So far i got all items but these fingernails....
Would be cool if someone who knows whats up with the fingernails could help me :)
Greetings

As far as i know its not bugged, it just has a very very crappy drop rate, even worse then glossy cave claw skins :/.
Dont see why'd you want that bow anyhow tho =)

We still haven't had any luck finding them either. Killed over 50 hands in Imlad, even a few elite giant arms, nothing.
When you complete both quests, you get a third quest to talk to Legolas, who gives you a 4th legendary trait - a passive power leech/return. That's what I want, not the weapons :p

Oh and what's especially awesome about this: I not only need 5 fingernails for my hunter, the loremaster needs 10 for his quest too...

gm only says that they dont have no issues with that... but they will investigate it ... wow :) awsome answer....
i only want a prove that it does drop and that it does exist. thats all i want from them.

All hearsay, but i heard that turbine posted on their forums that there was in issue with these and that they dont drop from the arms at this time. Though i can't search on the turbine forums it doesn't look impossible to me seeing the amount of hunters not getting them.

If this is a fact that these items still do not drop, its a serious proble which they have to do one of 2 things, change the quest or add the drop, and they better do it fast, cause loremaster and hunter being only classes not being able to finish epic quest will not be popular.
I heard they are not ingame yet

Re: Question: Are Putrid Fingernails even in the game yet?

Yeah, I mean that it's fixed when Evendim comes out -- there's a delay between us fixing something and you guys seeing it. Sorry!

Wow, is this truly acceptable? There are people on Evernight, (and by people I mean anyone not playing a Hunter or Lore Master) who have finished their class quests, and many more who are entering the final instance to finish collecting their remaining items. So even though I am up there with these people in level, I am still gimped because of a dev oversight.
Items can be added and updated via a hotfix, I fail to see why, with the amount of complaints, this has not been done for the only two classes not being allowed to continue their class quests.
I payed for a lifetime subscription... bit of a hasty decision I feel. Roll on Warhammer!!!

Aye this is truely anoying, I my self am 1 of the hunter on evernight who have started in carn dum and urugarth, and nails is only thing ill really miss, if I had nails id have the squid item by end of day...
I have to say this is a bit to blizzard like.
Not the mention the not so helpfull gms who for some reason, when you ask if you can hope to see a fix in near future, dares answer with: I am not of liberty to dicuss this.
I mean wtf, why they bother have ticket at all suprise me, cause the only thing they ever seem to answer is either, try relog, try reset, wait or my favorite not of liberty to discuss.
I mean do they get payd for saying that ? *sigh*
