This event is for all races at all levels, but is restricted to Guild entries only.
“Roll up, roll up, I’m back for more!”
A few people cast curious glances at the hunter, but only one or two stopped. Inse smiled and then pulled a grubby grey cloth off a container next to him revealing a large metal cage. The few that had stopped leaned forward slightly to peer inside, as Inse gave the bar a sharp rap with his stick. They jumped back as one as a dark shape exploded from the floor of the cage and snarled in anger, reaching his claws through the bars. The motion in the square stopped as people turned to watch the commotion.
“Fear not! This fine example of a Werewolf cannot reach you. This cage is made of the strongest iron,” Inse looked around the crowd, “though in truth, he did gnaw his way through the last one.” Inse grinned, as several of the gathered took another step back.
“I have new stock and a new challenge for any Guild willing to take me on. A little wager is all I ask, are you game?”
A New Challenge
Inse has spent the last few weeks capturing livestock and hunting down fearsome beasts, and has a new challenge for the Guilds. He will fill an area of Chantra with his creatures and the challengers must clear the area, killing every beast – you’ll get a bonus if it is finished quickly. For each level of the challenge you can place any bet you wish, up to a maximum of 2 million gold (maximum winnings of 4, 6, and 10 million gold).
Normal – You will face normal creatures and some bosses.
Medium – You will face elemental creatures and some bosses
Hard – You will face elemental creatures and Bosses.
If you survive you will get your bet back and win:
Normal – 2 time your bet
Medium – 3 times your bet
Hard – 5 times your bet
Should you make it through the challenge alive within 30 minutes, team members will also receive (players must be alive to receive the bonus):
3 gold chests and 1 reinforcement potion each
When?
The ‘Run the Gauntlet II’ Event will last for the week 16-22nd April. Select a time from those offered below and Private Message (Forum PM) your preferred date, times and server to Takame, along with your choice or Normal, Medium or Hard Gauntlet. We will try to arrange the challenge at a time of your choosing, but please provide a second time in case we cannot meet your first. This event is expected to run for a little over an hour. Each event is tailor-made for the group entering based on levels.
Monday 16th, Wednesday 18th, Friday 20th

Tuesday 17th, Thursday 19th

Rules:
A maximum of ten Guild members can take part, as long as they are registered on the forums by the leader of the group (not necessarily the Guild Leader) 90 minutes before your scheduled event starts.
Anyone summoning unregistered players – guild members or not – after the challenge starts, will disqualify the entire team and your bet will be lost.
Only two resurrections are allowed for each player. On your third death, you must stay dead and your team will fight on without you.
You must place your bet with Inse before you start.
