I try to play Colin McRae Rally 2 with my Radeon 7000, but I receive the following error: Page Fault on Module Cmr2.exe.
I have already try ATI game issue number 3988
(http://www.ati.com/support/infobase/3988.html). I try also to disable
secondary display adapter under control panel / system / hardware. None of these solutions work.
Can anybody help me?

This issue affects graphics adapters based on the following chipsets when using only a single monitor configuration, under Windows 95/98/ME:

RADEON VE, RADEON 7000, RADEON 7500, RADEON 8500, RADEON 9xxx series.

For display adapters supporting multiple outputs you can work around this issue by attaching a secondary display. This display must be enabled as an extended desktop as follows:

1. Connect a secondary display and reboot the system.
2. Open DISPLAY PROPERTIES in the Control Panel.
3. Click on the SETTINGS tab, then select the SECONDARY DISPLAY.
4. Check the "Extend the desktop onto this display" option.
5. Apply the settings and launch the game.
Alternatively the problem may be resolved by disabling the second monitor, as follows:
Disable the second monitor in the Display Properties (right-click on the Windows desktop and select Properties--> Settings--> Advanced then the ATI tab for the dual monitor settings.)

Then, go to Start--> Settings--> Control Panel--> System--> Device Manager, click the "+" next to "Display Adapters". You should see a secondary 'adapter'. Do the Properties on it and checkmark "Disable in this hardware profile".

With Radeon 7000 is not possible to attach secondary display. As I told in my first message I already try this solution without success; also disable monitor under Device Manager does not work.
If you want Colin McRae Rally 2 to work with Radeon 7000 under Windows 98, you have to make a game update or a Patch that fix this problem.
