Can anyone who has been experiencing this problem please try the following for me.
Next time you get regular stalling in a race (every ten seconds or so) can you put the game on pause after about 3/4 of a lap and leave the game alone for a few minutes. Then restart the race. Do the regular stalls stop for the remainder of the race?
