It's very frustrating as we can't replicate this at Codies and it's not something Microsoft saw in Certification either. We've been testing the retail disks on a number of 360s at team members' homes, but still no problem.

The fact that this doesn't happen in the demo and is resolved when the hard drive is removed is a great help to us and will certainly help with a fix and back up workaround. It's my intention to get this out as a patch as quickly as possible.
