Is this the post processing effect that is suppose to make 30fps ok? Cram in so much detail that a game requires 30fps but once you start to move, as you usually do the vast majority of the time in a racing game, all the detail gets blurred to hell, making it pointless and more difficult for the player to discern the track.
I would take CMR5 crisp 60fps visuals over PGR3 30fps screen smearing any day.
